These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of frameoasis.com, the FrameOasis online store, and any related products, content, features, tools, and services provided by FrameOasis (together, the “Services”).

FrameOasis is a Barcelona-based art project and online store for limited-edition framed prints paired with curated soundtracks (“FrameOasis”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Legal owner details are available in our Legal Notice. Contact: admin@frameoasis.com.

By visiting, browsing, purchasing from, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping Policy, and our Refund & Returns Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the Services.

1. Our products

FrameOasis sells limited-edition physical framed fine art prints. Each artwork is produced to order and paired with a curated soundtrack or listening experience accessed through a QR code integrated into the artwork.

Drop 01 — Summer Nostalgia consists of 15 artworks. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, each artwork is released as a limited edition of 25 prints per size. Once an edition is sold out, it will not be restocked.

Product descriptions, edition details, sizes, finishes, prices, and availability may change before an order is accepted. We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, proportions, materials, and finishes accurately, but the appearance of artwork and frames may vary depending on your screen, device, lighting, production tolerances, and natural material differences.

2. QR code and soundtrack access

Each FrameOasis artwork includes a QR code integrated into the composition of the print. The QR code links to a curated soundtrack or listening experience selected for that artwork or drop.

Access to QR-linked content requires an internet connection and may depend on third-party platforms, including Spotify or other music services. FrameOasis does not control Spotify, music licensing, track availability, playlist availability, regional restrictions, account requirements, advertisements, subscriptions, third-party platform changes, or service interruptions.

We may update the QR destination from time to time to preserve, correct, or improve the listening experience. The physical artwork remains the product purchased. The soundtrack layer is an accompanying digital experience and is not guaranteed to remain unchanged or available indefinitely.

Changes to, interruption of, or loss of access to QR-linked content do not by themselves create a right to refund, replacement, or compensation, except where required by applicable law.

3. Eligibility and customer information

By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a contract and that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for ensuring that your shipping address, email address, and order details are correct before submitting your order.

We may contact you using the email address or other contact details you provide in relation to your order.

4. Orders and acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product. Your order is accepted only when we confirm acceptance and payment has been successfully processed.

We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or limit an order where necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, stock or edition errors, pricing errors, product unavailability, shipping restrictions, or other operational reasons. If we cancel an accepted order, we will refund any amount paid for the cancelled item.

Because our products are produced to order, cancellation requests cannot always be accepted once production has begun.

5. Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website. Unless otherwise stated, prices may exclude shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, and other charges that may apply depending on your location. The total amount payable will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. FrameOasis does not store full payment card details on its own servers.

6. Shipping and delivery

FrameOasis products are produced to order and shipped to the address provided at checkout. Production and delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the product, destination, carrier, customs processing, seasonal volume, and circumstances outside our control.

Tracking information will be provided when available. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by FrameOasis.

7. Returns, refunds, and damaged items

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.

For EU consumers, we honour the statutory right of withdrawal where it applies. However, certain exceptions may apply under consumer law, including for goods made to a customer’s specifications or clearly personalised, and for digital content supplied immediately with the customer’s consent where applicable.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us promptly at admin@frameoasis.com with your order number and photographic evidence of the product and packaging. Please review our Refund & Returns Policy for the applicable process and time limits.

8. Intellectual property

All artwork, images, designs, text, product names, photographs, layouts, branding, QR-linked experiences, and other content made available through the Services are owned by or licensed to FrameOasis and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a print gives you ownership of that physical item only. It does not transfer copyright or any intellectual property rights in the artwork, image, design, soundtrack curation, brand, product photography, or digital content.

You may not copy, reproduce, scan, photograph for commercial use, modify, distribute, sell, resell, license, mint as an NFT, use for AI/model training, or otherwise exploit FrameOasis content or artwork without our prior written permission.

9. Personal use and resale

Products are sold for personal use, display, collection, or gifting. Commercial resale, reproduction, or use in commercial products, advertising, merchandising, or digital distribution is not permitted without prior written consent from FrameOasis.

10. Third-party services and links

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services, including Shopify, payment providers, shipping carriers, Spotify, and other music or content platforms. These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. FrameOasis is not responsible for their content, availability, policies, or practices.

11. Website availability and errors

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from technical issues. We may correct errors, update content, suspend features, or change the Services at any time.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FrameOasis is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, loss of access to QR-linked content, third-party platform interruptions, shipping delays, customs delays, or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country of residence.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your country of residence.

Where permitted by law, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, Spain. If you are a consumer, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence under applicable consumer protection law.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order will apply to that order. Continued use of the Services after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.
